:P

I weigh 130 lbs and lost both my legs in the war so I have nothing to trade.

Not very funny considering there are kids coming back from Iraq that lost limbs!

there have been people coming back from wars that way for thousands of years. Don't bring trees overseas and you won't lose limbs :)

I lost 2 grandpas, 4 friends, and 3 uncles to war and am a vet myself. Watched a friend get all of his skin burnt off his legs by a grenade our own friendlies threw. Hollywood shows that kind of stuff everyday, yet you watch it anyways. You don't think Forest Gump was a slap in the face to vets? What about apocalypse now? Awesome movie unless you have been to Vietnam.

Ever been to war? If you ever do you better take a sense of humor with you and return with one or you will never sleep at night. You will be jumping at cars backfiring. My uncle was shot 5 times and had a plate put in his head. Guess what he makes fun of the most? Shooting viet-kongs and the big piece of metal in his head. Its war, it happens, its messed up. Time to grow up and accept it or sit at home and wonder why all your buddies are fighting while you are hugging mommy.

My legs actually are having major problems right now due to the time I served so that is why I said that. I am having to go through special excersizes. Hence I lost my legs. To me I have, but for a good cause nonetheless.

Okay lets not go off topic for something so silly......

Please stay on topic. MMORPG Maker does not allow political discussions, so don't go there.

I don't think my respect and appreciation for your service and anyone else's has anything to do with whether you feel it was worth it or not. Again, thank you!

worth getting? Heck yeah I am using mine to make a WOW killer!

if someone told you last year you could have Hero Engine for $5k you would sell your left leg to get the money. Funny how availability kills everything.

It's not my left leg, but I have a bet with my wife to loose 60lbs by Christmas (285 down to 225) to get HeroEngine. Since the indie release I've lost 20lbs; so I'm a third of the way there in four weeks!

I would say in the scheme of things that if you keep that much weight off It would provide you with benefits beyond 5 grand easy.

Hero is mainly to get your game up and running faster, if you are looking for that, yes it's the way to go. If your budget is tight and you have all the time in the world to complete your project then no.
